This documentary was directed by Linus O'Brien, the son of Richard O'Brien, who created The Rocky Horror Show, and the subsequent movie, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. With full access to Richard, we get a pretty full history of how the legendary cult smash came together, and how it organically evolved to what it is today. Fans of the movie will be pleased, no doubt, but it's clear that this is a celebration of the show, and not anything deeper.
