War Bites
By Jeffrey M. Anderson Bela Lugosi stars in one of only three roles in which he played a real vampire (Dracula and Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein are the other two). Set during WWII, the film tries to combine wartime propaganda and horror, but Lugosi is the only cast member with any screen presence or acting skill. If you watch, don't miss the ending! Columbia/TriStar released the DVD.
