Bringing Down the Milhous
By Jeffrey M. Anderson Two dimwit blondes -- played by two clever actresses, Kirsten Dunst andMichelle Williams -- become White House interns in the 1970s andinadvertently bring down President Nixon in scandal and shame. Characteractor Dan Hedaya has one of his best roles as Tricky Dick, but thefilm's wicked, funny satire becomes slightly diluted with the hammyplaying of some of the supporters, notably Will Ferrell and BruceMcCulloch as an ineffective Woodward and Bernstein.
