Nude Fight
By Jeffrey M. Anderson A young minister (Hugh Grant) visits a controversial painter (Sam Neill) to try and convert him to the straight and narrow, but instead winds up coming to understand earthly pleasures (both physical and spiritual). Written and directed by John Duigan (Lawn Dogs), the film is more predictable than controversial, but it's warm and smooth and benefits from several gorgeous, cavorting women: Elle Macpherson, Portia de Rossi, Kate Fischer, and of course Tara Fitzgerald as the minister's wife. Grant is perfect as the perpetually embarrassed fusspot, and it's mainly due to his charm that the film works.
