Released by Music Video Distributors, this documentary makes an argument that the Bay Area novelty
band the Digital Underground -- best known for the single "The Humpty
Dance" -- were actually quite a bit more important than they initially
seemed, via their use of samples, costumes and made-up slang words. The documentary
includes plenty of concert footage, mostly shot on VHS and lacking in quality.
The disc includes a hoard of extras including videos, interviews and other
footage.
