This year, I was asked to write a daily blog for the San Francisco Bay
Guardian as well as write eight, full-length reviews for Cinematical. So
for the two weeks leading up to the festival and the festival itself I
was watching as many movies as I could from a list of 177 titles, and
writing furiously in-between. Even so, I still fell two films shy of my
festival record, mainly due to the fact that I have a 2 year-old now
(it's much harder to live, eat, breathe and sleep at the festival).
Regardless, now that the dust has cleaared, I'm able to present my
report on everything I saw.
